The Osthoff Resort is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team as a Bartender in our eloquent bar/coffee shop, The Elk Room Lounge. Our Bartenders are responsible for providing excellent beverage service to our guests while fostering a relaxing fun atmosphere. This position requires the ability to interact with guests, while efficiently taking orders, and serving food and drinks. In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining a clean bar, restocking and replenishing of bar inventory and supplies including glassware, liquor, beer, wine and cut fruit and garnishes. Qualified candidates for this position should have 2 years of bartending experience and excellent knowledge of wines and wine service, beer, and mixed drinks. Exceptional customer-service skills and an outgoing personality are required. Being that it is a coffee shop as well, applicants must be willing to learn how to make coffee drinks. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, and able to obtain a license to serve alcohol. The ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule and must also be willing to work late nights.
