Position Title: Line Cook/Prep Cook
Reports To: Head Chef
Position Summary:
Siebkens Resort is looking for hard working and dependable individuals to fill the position as line/prep cook. We are looking for someone with good communication skills, a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and who can work well on a team.
Specific Expectations, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Prepare food for service in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff and following the head and sous chefs instructions
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously with high quality that meets the resort's expectations
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards of the kitchen
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
