The Osthoff Resort is seeking a friendly, professional, and guest focused individual to join our Front Office team as a Security Associate. The Security Associate will report directly to the Front Office Manager, and be responsible for providing AAA Four-Diamond guest service. Responsibilities include assisting the Night Auditor with guests check-ins and outs, assisting with hotel reservations, cash handling, answering phones, and ensuring the safety of the Resort.
This position requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for a period of up to eight hours in addition to occasional reaching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate should have a high degree of professionalism, previous hotel experience and strong customer service skills, as well as a flexible schedule with night, early morning, and weekday availability.
