The Blind Horse Restaurant and Winery in Kohler, is entering our second season with its brand new state-of-the-art winery and tasting room. The winery features award winning wines and a "Napa Valley" style tasting room. Guests will be able to choose between a wine tasting and a food and wine pairings.
The Blind Horse is seeking individuals who love food and wine, and are interested in helping us launch the coolest Wisconsin wine label on the market. The four "E"s are essential for the position:
Educate© guests ©about ©the ©wines, events, weddings, barrel ownership program
Encourage© customers© to ©purchase ©wine, attend© events© and© join© our© wine ©club©
Elicit an emotional bond with the customer to form a long term purchasing relationship with them
Enjoy© being© part ©of a team that is changing the tasting room paradigm in Wisconsin
This part time job provides flexible hours with an opportunity for full time in the future. Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
Must be at least 21 years old
Professional appearance and attitude an absolute must!
You do not have to be a wine expert, you just have to love food and wine and we will train you, as long as you are willing to learn.
