Individual Growth Services & Prime Horizon, Inc. are seeking individuals to provide care for our clients in our CBRF's, AFH's, supported apartments, in-home care, and day service. We are looking for individuals to assist with personal cares, medication management, meal prep, and activities.

Job Type: Full-time / Part Time
Salary: $12.00 to $14.50 /hour
Requirements: 6 months experience in the healthcare field, valid drivers license
