Responsibilities How will I make a difference?!
Caregivers assist individuals who are functionally, physically, and/or socially impaired. While each person is unique and has different care needs, you will assist clients in daily activities that they are unable to perform without assistance, such as:
Assisting with the development of appropriate daily living, self-help and social skills
Games & Activities
Meal planning and preparation
Personal cares (i.e. bathing, toileting, shaving, dressing/undressing, etc.)
Assistance with household chores including vacuuming, dusting, laundry etc.
Medication management, supervision and documentation
Completing required documentation, progress notes, medical charting, etc.
Community outings
Redirection with social behaviors
Companionship and conversation
Helping maintain a safe and healthy environment

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Heartfelt commitment to helping people
Professional demeanor
Positive attitude
Experience a plus, but we will train motivated candidates who are passionate about providing quality care!
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Due to the sensitive nature of our business, applicants are required to pass a caregiver background check, pre-placement TB/Physical Screen and in some cases have a valid driver's license and insurance.
