The Operations Manager, will be responsible for making sure that all of our production and client's staffing needs are met, that our contracted workers are meeting the production deadlines and that its all done in a timely fashion. As Operations Manager, you must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, to include recruitment, staff placement and other duties related to production scheduling.

This is an opportunity for someone with management skills, client relationship expertise, coaching talent and strategic vision. You would be responsible for managing the onsite account team, ensuring proper business practices, maintaining the overall management of the site, as well as overseeing all staffing and employee operations. Balancing people and deadlines will be a large part of your schedule. You will interact regularly with our client at his location and will be an integral part of ensuring the client's success. If you can maintain focus on the leadership of the account while supervising events on a day to day basis, you will succeed and thrive in this role.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with managing processes and operations of our clients staffing needs, as well as maintaining the rapport with our client and with the employees. Exceptional communication skills, process evaluation and on-time response to a clients need is a must.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing day-to-day interaction with client, including daily information flow, problem solving, process improvements, reporting and direct management of the office team

Assist Senior Account Manager with Vendor relationships and process improvements

Provide immediate front line customer service to management team and associates

Handle order requests and changes from client contacts

Work on special projects and performance incentive programs to help meet operational goals.

Ensure compliance with contract related services, interviewing, orientations, payroll and invoicing.

Assist in maintaining office operations and process flow

Focus on Safety and Training programs

Generate daily and weekly reports to management team

Education/Experience

Minimum of High School/ GED

Minimum of 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience; Previous warehouse/distribution or production/manufacturing experience is highly desirable

Technology Skills

Very Strong Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT and Word)
