We are a growing ManufacturedHome Community Operator seeking maintenance personnel for a community portfolio in Sheboygan, WI.
Job Description:
Candidates must be honest, dependable and self-motivated. At least 2 years of experience, a valid drivers license and a high school diploma or GED is required for this position. You must have a reliable form of transportation and the ability to pass a background check. You must be authorized to work anywhere in the US.
Job Responsibilities:
Electrical work
Plumbing
Mechanical (heating and cooling)
Grounds and general maintenance
o Mulching and maintaining flower beds
o Leaf removal
o Must know how to operate and maintain lawn equipment (leaf blowers, mowers, weed whacker)
o Mowing, weeding, edging and trimming
Responding to emergency requests
Perform repair of buildings and equipment
Assist with the renovation/remodeling of trailers
Maintain record of scheduled services
On call for emergency situations
Various others as deemed necessary
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience
