Job Description
IF Only Pretty is a local handmade jewelry design and production company located in a 2,500 sq ft facility in downtown Sheboygan. We have been featured multiple times on Etsy, Amazon, and Buzzfeed.
Our business is primarily online and independent boutiques across the United States as well as internationally. We do all jewelry design, preparation, fabrication, website, SEO, and account support in house.
We are looking for employees who have a passion for making jewelry and working with their hands. This job must be performed onsite at our Sheboygan facility. This job does require a lot of walking and working with your hands.

Core Responsibilities:
This is a position that requires buffing, hammering, and assembly.
Perform repetitive tasks with precision and acute attention to detail, in a timely fashion.
Will be producing bracelets and necklaces, or components thereof, in Brass, NuGold, Nickel, Bronze, Pewter, Copper, Sterling Silver, and Aluminum.
Ensure quality of all work and materials is excellent.
Organized and work with a sense of urgency.
Help fulfill and ship online orders.
Additional Potential Tasks:
Come up with and develop new jewelry designs.
Work on process improvements.
Explore the competitive landscape.

Hours
We are flexible with your schedule.
Daytime hours (8 am to 5 pm).
