Position Title: Clerical
Wage: $13.00 - $15.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for inventory control
- Reviews label line paperwork for inventory control
- Perform a wide variety of clerical duties in the warehouse office including typing, filing and data entry
- Prepare and scan bill of ladings
- Print daily production reports
- Verify daily batch production runs and run edits for daily packaging
- Verify mixing blend batches and run edits for mixing runs
- Enter purchase product grading and verify receipts
- Prepare batches for frozen packaging or mixing
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- At least one year of experience with general clerical duties including data entry, inventory control, spreadsheets, phone skills and bookkeeping
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
