We have an opening for a driven and self-motivated Insurance Sales Rep at our Grafton location. If you are currently a P & C Licensed Rep and/or have a strong Sales background and you are looking for a change of pace, apply to join our award-winning, fast-paced, and high energy team. Insurance Sales Rep Requirements
- Insurance Agency or similar experience preferred
- General Lines Property & Casualty License Preferred (Strong sales background if you do not have this)
- Ability to easily talk to people and build a relationship from a cold start
- Goal-oriented
- Sales driven with demonstrated closing capacity
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Great self-starter and multi-tasker
- Able to maintain enthusiastic attitude
Insurance Sales Rep Responsibilities
- Develop leads, build relationships, generate new business
- Develop insurance quotes and close sales
- Provide extraordinary customer service experience to customers
- Follow-up on queries
- Solve problems
