Roles and responsibilities • Good understanding of User-centric design principles • Good understanding of visual design principles • Satisfy user needs through well thought out visual designs • Creates visual design mockups, icons, UI components • Good understanding of various design systems • Creates visual design specifications • Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Axure) • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and product teams • Strong understanding of Agile /Lean UX methodologies • Experience in implementing design system and guiding development teams • Communicate effectively and talk on UX process used to create design Educational qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Design with minimum 4 years of experience
