We are currently hiring for 1st shift positions, 6 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm seven days a week. The minimum availability requirements include 4 weekdays and every other weekend, both days.
Shift lengths between 6 and 8 hours, with the opportunity to pick up extra hours frequently.
Purpose of Position
The position of Telephone Sales Representative (TSR) represents Duluth Trading Company to the customer by providing extraordinary service with every interaction.
The interaction needs to be professional, courteous, and one that Pokes Average in the Eye . As a TSR, you are expected to maintain a high level of knowledge regarding our products, their usability and structure.
You will be expected to provide creative solutions for customers having unique problems with their order. The position requires someone who is reliable and driven with strong time management skills.

Primary responsibility is to deliver world-class service by answering incoming calls in a timely manner, exceeding the customer’s expectations.
Become experts on the Duluth Trading website to assist customers with shopping, product inquiries, FAQ pages, and various other web capabilities.
Perform other duties supported by the Contact Center as directed such as :
Catalog requests and Remove from Mailing List
Customer Account maintenance
Entry of customer comments and feedback
Assisting with various tasks off phone as determined by the leadership team
Track packages online via Duluth Trading Company shipper of choice.
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the Duluth Trading product line, promotions, shipping guidelines, and return procedures.
Participate in training programs designed to enhance performance
Meet and exceed Key Performance metrics as defined by the department
Meet attendance requirements as defined by company policy
Perform special assignments as requested by Contact Center management
