The Job:
As Credit & Billing Team Lead you make a difference by providing accurate and timely billing to our customers and tactical leadership to our billing and credit team. You work closely with our operations team, sales, accounts receivable and our customers to ensure quality and workflow efficiency.
Additionally you work closely with the department manager to assist with month-end-closing responsibilities, setting up third party billing websites, new customer setup and launch calls, and you serve as a backup to the manager.
