Runs assigned client billing reports and conducts initial reconciliation in adherence to the client's invoicing cycle. Includes updating systems to reflect transaction is ready for billing and resolving billing discrepancies between systems within established timelines.
Ensures completeness and accuracy of billing by maintaining client billing templates and ongoing research log in order to avoid financial risk to our company and the transferee's company.
Perform billing reconciliation, audits and research, as needed. Escalates aged unbilled transactions to Billing Analyst and Supervisor
Provides Customer Service support to internal and external customers. Works with business partners to resolve invoice questions.
Required SkillsIntermediate excel skills are necessary.Required ExperienceHas proficient understanding of principles in one or more functions. Typically possesses 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
