We are looking for an experienced lead cook: requirements are to have previous experience with running a kitchen and being the lead cook. We offer a full menu, days are Thursday - Sunday and Mondays on holiday weekends. The cook is in charge of getting an ordering list done for the manager, work with line cooks and training cooks in the kitchen, do the ordering, clean fryers and more.
