We are looking for an innovative, experienced cook for our Mosinee WI restaurant. We, The Blind Rooster, is located at the Central Wisconsin Airport - 2nd Floor Restaurant.
$16.00 per hour
Saturdays OFF
Breakfast and Lunch menu ONLY
Off Nights
Key Requirements:
Experience in full service restaurant is desired
Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
Solid references
Flexible schedule
Task-driven individual
Dependable transportation
Responsibilities:
Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance to company standards
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Banquet Experience a HUGE Plus
Interviews will be held at the Central Wisconsin Airport (FREE PARKING) - 2nd Floor Restaurant Dining Room.
