DOR is filling multiple Revenue Agent positions at our offices in Madison, Milwaukee, Appleton, Green Bay, Wausau, and Eau Claire. Start date is June 20, 2022.
Revenue Agents perform a variety of duties from collecting overdue debts, responding to customer questions, helping customers in person, processing tax returns, and billing customers for tax deficiencies.
DOR seeks a diverse and talented workforce. Qualified candidates will have experience serving customers in a call center or in person and applying policy and/or procedures in daily work. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
