Part time 2nd shift commercial housekeeper Wis Rapids!
compensation: $10 + per hour depending on experience.
This is a part time position working 2nd Shift. 20 hours per week. Could develop into full time if you desire!
Modern Janitorial is a full service facility services provider utilizing state of the art equipment, supplies, and procedures. Modern specializes in providing the highest quality professional services available including exceptional custom office cleaning, hard surface floor care, carpet care, and a wide variety of specialized technical services and projects.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 5 pm - 9 pm
Duties: Vacuuming carpeting, clean and stocking restrooms, dusting, emptying waste baskets, mopping, and other tasks related with general cleaning.
Requirements: Must be mature, responsible, dependable, and willing to work well with others. This job requires an extremely high level of quality with superb attention to detail. Daily inspections are performed on all work. Very exacting team with strict quality and attitude controls. Must have the following: willingness to take responsibility for one's work, including applying extremely high Quality Assurance standards. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Willingness and desire to learn new skills. Ability to work in a team and to apply in-house standards and procedures of the highest quality. Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds, stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time. The successful candidate must demonstrate flexibility in their schedule and willingness to work with others, self motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
