Badger State Staffing has openings for line workers. The positions are in a food-based facility. Prior experience in a food-based environment will be very helpful. Be able to cross-train and offer help to co-workers as time permits. 2nd and 3rd shift openings.
$15+ per hour
Full-Time position with some overtime required
Requirements:
Prior experience in the food industry is preferred. Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Willing to work in a team-based environment.
Must put safety first. Quality is also very important.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift 60 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
Skills:
Must be able to follow directions.
Be willing to learn different positions and move to different areas during the 8-hour shift.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to problem-solve and ask for help when needed.
