Maintenance and construction person needed for manufactured home community in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Our management team is need of some assistance with keeping up with the maintenance around the community such as cleaning and picking up tree limbs, salting around common areas during the winter, etc. Assistance with bigger projects would include rehabs for manufactured homes brought into the community. This includes, but is not limited to, blocking, skirting, siding, plumbing, electrical, and interior repairs. Experience is a must! Only serious applicants should apply.
