MANUAL WORKERS
Badger State Staffing is hiring several positions for 1st and 2nd shift. Starting out at $12 - $13 per hour. You will have the opportunity for advancement and on the job training. The positions are full-time, Monday through Thursday, in an indoor environment. The hours are 5:30 am– 4:00 pm for 1st, and 4:00 pm – 2:30 am for 2nd. Overtime on Fridays as needed. Upon hire after 90 days, you will receive an increase of $3 per hour, with raises and attendance bonuses
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assemble wood/boards as specified by blueprint/job packet.
Operate saws, hand, power and air tools in a safe manner.
Keep work area clean and free of clutter.
SKILLS:
Able to work in a team atmosphere
Detail oriented
Math and problem- solving capabilities
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Safety to be your number one priority
