Badger State Staffing has temp-to-hire openings for Manufacturing Crew Members in the Marshfield area. Full-time hours on 1st and 2nd shift, with some overtime required. All PPE equipment is provided. Starting wages of $14 - $15, increasing to $16 -$17, after 90 days APPLY TODAY START TOMORROW
Responsibilities May Include:
Set up of equipment and prepare area for the build.
Operate a variety of equipment with a strong attention to detail.
Strong focus on quality to ensure customers receive correct products.
Keep jobsite clean and organized.
Skills and Abilities:
Able to work alone or as part of a team.
Must be meticulous, accurate and accountable in and for the jobs worked on.
Lift 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for at least 10 hours, including reaching, bending, turning and squatting.
Willing to learn and have good attendance.
