This composite manufacturing company has openings for Bonding and Finishing Technicians at our new location in Schofield, WI 54476
Bonding Technician job description and requirements:
Must be able to follow specific instructions to bond metallic parts to composite parts repeatably and precisely, perform part surface preparation (IE: sanding, sand blasting and precision cleaning using solvents). Must be neat and clean and work with little supervision.
Requires masking and bonding parts, loading parts into ovens and while maintaining organization and completing rapid pace tasks.
Must have basic reading and math skills, be able to use and operate measuring tools, hand tools, operate a computer and be self-directed.
Understand and read shop travelers to follow specific instructions.
Willing to consider training the right individuals
