Production Builder
Badger State Staffing is looking for 15 full-time individuals interested in working second shift hours. Work 40 hours in 4 days. 4-day work weeks, when overtime is not needed. The positions involve working with your hands, using blueprints for the jobs, and a tape measure to verify the material is the correct length.
$13/hr (more for experience) up to 40 hours, overtime as needed

Keeping safety as the number one priority.
Placing raw material into proper forms for building.
Piling material as needed for the next coming job packets.
Using various hand tools for assembly.
Qualifications:
Able to multi-task and practice lean manufacturing.
Working at a steady pace and assisting co-workers when needed.
Cooperating with team mates to build as efficiently as possible.
Willing to be cross-trained and learn new skills.
