Local Real Estate Investment Company in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a full time office manager with experience.
Duties include:
Answer phones and greet prospects
Prepare lease packets and run credit reports
Market properties and post adds online
Respond to telephone and email communication from residents and prospects
Post rent payments, generate pay-or-quits and do other mailings
Maintain, organize, and file paperwork and digital paperwork
Keep and update accounting books and online ledger (accounts payable and receivable)
Show local apartments and houses
Assist with miscellaneous tasks during move in and move outs including inspections
Must be experienced/knowledgeable in the following items:
Quickbooks (or a comparable accounting software)
Microsoft office, especially excel
Property management online software
Google drive
Social media for property adds
Qualifications/Skills:
Extremely organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
An assertive go-getter with the ability to multi-task and deal with a fast paced environment
Possess an extreme attention to detail and ability to solve problems
Dependable, reliable, and responsible
Valid driver license
Benefits and Compensation:
Hourly wage is based on experience.
This position is available to the right candidate immediately or with appropriate notice to current employer
Incentive Bonuses plus paid time off and holiday compensation.
