Property Manager needed for several HUD properties in WI Rapids, Stevens Point, Granton, Pittsville and Marshfield. Must have property management experience and Yardi and HUD experience is a plus. Must have supervisor experience, sales background, proficiency is Microsoft, must enjoy people and paper work. Our benefits and wage are great, $20 an hour, $400 monthly auto allowance and bonus plan, 15 days of PTO accrued, 10 paid holidays, 100% employer paid health insurance, bonus plan, 403b and much more.
