Job responsibilities are as follows but not limited to.
Ability to maintain a friendly demeanor with customers in person and via phone, email/messaging
Willing to tell a customer you don't know but can find out.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
Quote parts and availability for customers and keep track of billing (software does the work for you)
Able to multi-task and perform multiple duties at once.
Be able to problem solve.
This position will also be assisting in inventory impute.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
This position is a part of a team that works together to get vehicles ready for disassembly for parts inventory. Maintain customer accounts with exceptional service, as well as assisting customers to find the right part or service option.
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: $25,000 to $40,000 annually.
