We are seeking a qualified Dealer Product Quality Analyst to help oversee our continuous improvement team in working to address, resolve, and prevent issues experienced in the field.
About The Position
Responsible for monitoring and reviewing warranty, reorder, and cost of quality reports
Interact with sales and service in the field to understand issues and work through resolution
Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality departments to implement corrective actions in the plant
Communicate progress and improvements to customers and sales force
Responsible for inspections, troubleshooting, and analyzing and enhancing installed products
Organize and monitor warranty and reorder reports to establish actionable trends
Perform inspections, analyze troubleshoot and perform necessary enhancements
Represent Sierra Pacific Windows as a witness to onsite water testing
Work closely with Company distributors regarding progress on product improvements
Responsible for effective and comprehensive documentation including written and photographic of all service events and inspections
Communicate effectively with distributors, sales representatives, and other divisions
Some overnight travel required
Qualifications
AAMA Installation Masters Certified or ability to obtain a certification
5 years Window and Door service experience preferred
Strong Organizational, time management, and communication skills
Possess construction knowledge, ability to read shop drawings, and mechanical aptitude
Leadership and customer service experience preferred
Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
