Job Description:
Independent Contractor 1099 employment status.
Your territory for lead coverage is your home market, surrounding cities and also includes the entire state you reside. Your role is to meet with seniors in their homes. Present, talk and demonstrate Safe Step Walk in Bathtubs and Shower product lines.
Presentations are made utilizing your personal IPad and our Video Presentation.
Talk about remodeling of bathrooms and safe bathing solutions with clients.
Every customer you see is left with a to-the-penny quote of what their investment would look like.
Much of your week is spent driving to appointments from your home in a large region or statewide.
33% of your time is spent identifying customers' needs and providing a reasonable solution utilizing Safe Steps product lines and current promotional campaigns.
Each territory is managed by seasoned professionals who have proven their ability to lead by example and help their team realize their greatest potential. Your Regional Sales manager will become your resource and direct line of communication into the Safe Step program.
Requirements:
We are seeking only top sales Professional who have a proven track record of success in the field.
Require experience within a "One Call Close" environment.
Reliable transportation is a must to facilitate your travel to and from appointments throughout your region and state.
Must own an Ipad air or pro for demonstration of our product lines.
Compensation Plan:
This is a Commission only plan designed to reward the best of the best.
Sales potential of $100,000 to $265,000 annually plus bonuses.
