Site: Green Bay/Wausau

Shift: 1st shift + rotating schedule to include day, night and weekend shifts depending on the contracted job

Type: Full Time (40 hours per week)

Pay: $14.00-$20.00 DOE Annual bonus plan for performance that grows with performance AND longevity

Basic Job Details: Clean the windows of commercial buildings and tall, high rise commercial buildings.

Basic job duties include:

This position will perform, on a consistent and ongoing basis, interior and exterior window cleaning duties in a variety of environments including offices, mills, plants, hospitals, schools and other settings.

Exterior work is often performed at ladder height up to 40 feet/and or suspended height of up to 300 feet requiring equipment such as aerial lifts, suspended scaffolds/chairs and/or repelling harnesses.

Ability to work independently and as part of small teams. It is non-supervisory in nature.

Perform quality inspections, security sweeps and supply orders

Maintain equipment and supplies to standards

Accept supervisor feedback and put it to good use

Learn and follow all safety and security procedures

Work Environment: We work in a variety of buildings (offices, schools, mills, plants, medical facilities). While the job remains the same, each facility has unique levels of debris, noise and varying temperatures. This job also requires workers to work outside in varying degrees of weather.

Experience or training related to the job is preferred, but not required. Here are the "must have" tools of the trade:

TRANSPORTATION - You'll need to be able to reliably get to and from work each day. This position requires a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.

HONESTY - You either have it or you don't. This is one thing we can't teach.

WILLINGNESS - You'll need to be coachable. We'll gladly teach you the "Jack's Way". You'll be the player in the field that "runs the plays" every day to score points with our customers.

UNDERSTANDING - You'll need to be able to read, write and understand instructions including how to handle cleaning chemicals, basic equipment and supplies and be able to independently maintain quality standards and time guidelines.

COOPERATION - You'll need to be able to work harmoniously with supervisors and customers.

PHYSICAL ABILITY - For your entire shift, this position requires a combination of frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, repetitive motion, carrying and/or lifting up to 75#. Must weigh under 275 pounds to comply with repelling equipment safety standards. Non hanging positions may be exempt from weight requirements.
