Job Description • Configuration, unit testing and migration to production of compensation plans, credit rules and reports • Analyze requirements for yearly plan configurations • Provide and configure solution for the enhancement requests • Review the templates provided for plans and credit rule configurations • Prepare templates for configuring credit rule through automation • Configuration, Unit Testing, SIT and Code Reviews • Provide documentation of the solution and unit testing and regression testing results • Migrate the configurations/solution to production after approval. • Loading OP’s, participants, and Schedule A’s • Create and maintain the Oracle Service/enhancement requests for FIC platform • Maintaining the instance security by creating/assigning appropriate roles for different responsibilities • Documenting any platform changes, enhancements, and fixes • Importing all systematic or non-systematic data in OFIC & doing end to end processing in platform • Configure compensation plan documents for all business units
