Full-Time Store HR
Job Title: Store HR Representative
Primary Supervisor: HR Director
Secondary Supervisor: Store Director
DOL Status: Full-Time
Status: Non-exempt
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (days off flexible); 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Store Director, the Store HR Representative will oversee all processes involving recruiting, onboarding, safety, worker’s compensation, paperwork, training, and compliance. They will work closely with the Corporate HR staff to ensure that company policies, rules, and regulations are being followed and adhered to. Completing miscellaneous tasks sent by the corporate office will also be a requirement of this position. Their day-to-day responsibilities will be determined by the HR Director.
Job Distinctions:
The Store HR Representative will not have managerial functions in the sense that they will not oversee performance evaluations or make final decisions regarding termination. They will offer consultation and support to store directors and department heads. While they are localized to work in specific stores, the Store Director and other department heads will not have the authorization to pull Store HR Representatives from their primary duties to fulfill tasks at the store level, unless approved by the Store Director.
