SUMMARY

Greet and assist people visiting and/or calling the Human Resources Department or Employee Housing, answering general questions and providing information as requested. Provide support to the department in areas such as recruiting, benefits, uniform distribution, training and employee celebrations and payroll. Responsible for the overall coordination of Employee Housing including move-ins/outs, payroll deductions, inspections, maintenance needs and dispute resolution. Support the HR Department in balancing the roles of employee advocate, management consultant and resort protector. Assist customers, guests and staff members in a timely and efficient manner. A key part of every employee’s job is to serve as a Targhee ambassador, engaging the guest at every opportunity.
