Campco Federal Credit Union, or CFCU, was started in 1971. We are a community-based financial institution serving Big Horn, Campbell, Converse, Crook, Goshen, Hot Springs, Johnson, Natrona, Niobrara, Park, Platte, Sheridan, Teton, Washakie, or Weston Counties, in Wyoming. We also have membership in Lawrence, Meade and Pennington Counties in South Dakota. Campco is $170 million in assets and serves over 16,000 members.

JOB PURPOSE: Manage the day‐to‐day human resource functions of the credit union. Administer and monitor human resource programs and ensure compliance with credit union policies as well as external rules and regulations. Participate in developing department systems, goals, and objectives. Manage department staff. Provide staff and managers with an effective resource for resolution of employee relations issues.

This can be a remote position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for the credit union. Keep abreast of changing trends or regulations and react quickly to incorporate those changes into the credit union.

2. Plan and organize all activities of the department. Participate in the development of systems, goals, and objectives.

3. Implement and annually update compensation program, execute annual department training, rewrite job descriptions as necessary, conduct and review annual salary surveys, develop salary budget, analyze compensation, and monitor performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.

4. Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures. Prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures. Provide guidance on managing to, and staying compliant with, policies.

5. Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re‐evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness, and information activities programs.

6. May assist in development and maintenance of affirmative action program. Maintain and file necessary records, reports, and logs to conform to equal employment opportunity regulations.

7. Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt employees. Create effective advertising strategies, utilize Internet resources, and interview and evaluate candidates. Monitor effectiveness of recruitment and coach managers in the process.

8. Conduct new‐employee orientations; monitor career path programs; provide employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.

9. Establish and maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory

10. Adhere to all Federal and State laws and regulations applicable to the credit union, including the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $0.01 - $10.00 per year
