The company is currently growing at a very fast pace and is looking for a full time Attorney in our Casper, WY office. What You'll Do
· Interact with clients via phone, email and direct face to face
· Offer legal advice to potential clients and maintain Advocates brand
· Negotiate with insurance adjusters to get top value for client cases
· Build clientele through referral systems and work as lead attorney on own caseload
· Be a face of the Advocates by promoting the company through your actions
What to Expect
· Leadership to oversee and manage your own caseload is expected
· Uphold office operating systems and communicate within the set pathways of our legal software
· Exercise thorough communication updating the staff of case changes, and taking care to track actions within a case
· Participate in firm meetings and events that concern team coordinators and other staff to ensure smooth operations and teamwork
· Must be familiar with statutes and maintain careful tracking to ensure we always adhere to them
Qualifications
· Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited university
· Licensed to practice in the state of Wyoming
