We are seeking an in Senior Accountant/Controller with at least 5 years practical experience and an accounting degree. The following requirements/responsibilities are the core responsibilities but others may apply as needed.

Treasury Management-Intercompany Transactions

Financial Statements-Intercompany Transactions

Oversee A/P, A/R and Payroll

Process all weekly 941 reports and Quarterly 941 and 940 reports as well as year end 1099 and W2s

State Income Tax Withholding Reporting

Sales Tax for Multiple entities

Liason Insurance audits

Liason Accounting Audits

Process all weekly 401K distribution

Audit General Ledger Accounts Monthly

Maintain Fixed Asset Spreadsheets

Maintain and Audit Loans/Spreadsheets

Internal Intercompany Audits of Intercompany Accounts

Maintain AMEX Credit Card Reconcilliation Spreadsheet
