What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship.

Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities and ensures on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business.

Prepare and facilitate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc meetings with client(s).

Travel to assigned client to review account performance as required.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues by coordinating with internal and external teams.

Manage client dynamics with little guidance.

Ensuring client contract compliance and driving results to encourage client renewals.

What are the requirements needed for this position?Years of experience: 5+ Years related experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Client management experience with proven track record of client satisfaction.

Knowledge of healthcare, practice management and professional billing systems.

Radiology billing experience.

Ability to maintain unexpected daily challenges and competing priorities.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word.

Professional presentation skills.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Willingness to travel.

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job? Remote; traveling as needed basisHow much should I expect to travel?Post COVID this position will do up to 25% overnight travel.
