Responsible for designing, developing and deploying sales strategies and action plans with Payment Accuracy sales team to achieve corporate sales targets for Coordination of Benefits (COB) Services. Responsible for staying apprised of and coordinating with supporting business unit resources for the purpose of developing sales plans and executing targeted sales strategies. This includes:Focus on Top 100 CHC customers

Tailored Blues and NASCO Strategy, and others

Existing Customer Upsell Strategy

Proof of Concept Coordination

Competitive Positioning and Tracking

COB Annual Contract Value calculator evaluation

Direct, on-going collaboration with business operations and product development

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Meet and/or exceed all assigned quotas and all performance benchmarks related to COB products and service requirements

Create & maintain a strategic sales plan for targeted payer market with sales team.

Develop a strategy to enhance pass position of existing COB customers.

Effectively coordinate with all relevant resources including COB business unit, product management, marketing, finance, and sales team to achieve objectives.

Provide timely and complete communication with the COB business unit to keep sales team apprised of the ongoing status of all relevant COB business deliverables.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

Required minimum of 7-10 years sales and product related experience in driving consultative sales engagements in the health care industry (Commercial Payer Market a plus), with demonstrated competency in sales team leadership.

Commercial Health Plan and/or Payment Integrity/Accuracy experience

Sales/Product Management Experience

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Knowledge of healthcare industry and current practices and trends experienced in the healthcare Payor setting, particularly health care operations and provider relations management.

Knowledge of forecasting, sales strategy and plan development, approaches to the identification and use of data to perform opportunity and market assessment.

Advanced communication (both written and oral) skills.

How much should I expect to travel?

Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.

Willingness and ability to travel 10% of the time depending on COVID travel restrictions / Current State: We are visiting some clients.
