Job Description:Currently we are unable to consider candidates for remote opportunities in the following states: California, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Illinois and WashingtonThe Associate Project Manager has accountability to partner with a Program or Project Manager as a member of the project team who is responsible to plan, organize, and oversee activities needed to achieve the project objectives. The Associate Project Manager is responsible to coordinate with the lead Program or Project Manager for assigned projects.The Associate Project Manager is responsible to adhere to the Intermountain designated governance and processes that include a structured approach that applies expert knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to a project to meet the project objectives.Associate Project Manager assigned within a unique service area designated as a technical specialty area for project management (e.g., information technology, construction management, etc.) are accountable to apply specific technical specialty area requirements and skills necessary to successfully plan and deliver for projects in that area.The Associate Project Manager works under the direct supervision of a Program or Project Manager. Able to effectively manage a minimum of 1-2 projects simultaneously. Ability to effectively track project budget expenses.Minimum QualificationsDemonstrated problem solving skills

Demonstrated ability to work with leaders and employees at a function level.

Demonstrated experience in effectively coordinating multiple small to mid-size projects in collaboration with an operational leader or project manager.

Preferred QualificationsUp to 2 years project management experience.

Prior experience working in an integrated healthcare delivery network.

Exposure to and knowledge of project management tools. Working knowledge of electronic spreadsheets, word processing, and reporting tools.

Past experience tracking project related budget and expenses
