Human Resources Specialist
As a Human Resources Specialist in the U.S. Army, your primary goal is to assist in the retention, career advancement, and overall career development of Soldiers within your assigned unit. A human resource specialist directly facilitates unit transfers, travel orders, and salary-related workflows to ensure timely adjudication of all administrative functions.
