JOB TITLE: Cook
DEPARTMENT: Nutrition Services
REPORTS TO: Director of Nutrition Services
JOB SUMMARY
The Cook is responsible for all the meal preparation at breakfast, lunch and dinner for the hospital, LTCC, CMC and cafeteria.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE
At least two years institutional cooking experience, preferably hospital experience.
SKILLS
Knowledge of special diets. Quantity cookery skills. Must be able to adjust recipes to desired quantity. Must be able to function as a team member, work and communicate well with others.
