This position is commissioned based, compensation structure TBD. The successful V.P. will transition into salaried plus commission with over-rides and bonuses on your sales teams performance. You will have the ability to select, train and manage your team. This position requires a leader who is well versed in the global fuel and chemical market and the successful, research, development of Off-Take contracts. Job Description: GEI/Synenergy Triad North America, will become the global leader in (Coal To Products) The utilization of carbon-rich coal to create products that are marketed, sold, and used by citizens every day around the globe while reducing carbon emissions. GEI/Synenergy's CTL & CTC/Liquids and chemicals plant will become the world’s leading producer and manufacturer of liquids, chemicals, and products utilizing coal as the feedstock. GEI/Synenergy is looking for an individual with exceptional abilities and skill set. The Sr. V.P. of Sales & Marketing must have experience with (DOD/DOE/Commercial/ Large Scale Enterprise/ Off-Take Contract Guru/Manage & Lead (10-20+) Sr. Acct. Sales Executives) and create a stellar sales program that will allow us to compete on the global stage .

S&M / Executive/Leader that can grow and accelerate our government/commercial/national/international business focused on solving the big energy challenges of supply, reliability, sustainability, and rising costs of foreign supplied military-grade jet fuel, diesel, and chemicals for the USA.
We are seeking an accomplished leader and professional to lead sales activities to our clients in the US (DoD/(DOE) and commercial accounts and internationally. Reporting to the CEO & Sr. VP/COO. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to achieve short-and long-range revenue targets for the US DoD/DoE/Commercial market/National & International. Execution includes creating the sales and marketing program personally developing it and new customer accounts, driving account growth, and building, maintaining, and closing pipeline opportunities. Develop and manage the DoD/DoE/Commercial/International sales pipeline to achieve targeted revenue projections and objectives.
