GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Wyoming Statutes guarantee children the right to be represented in a court of law by a GAL when they are the subject of child abuse and neglect. Children are also entitled to a GAL when they are charged with committing a crime, a child in need of supervision if they do not have a parent or guardian that can advocate for them. Children have a voice and an advocate in court through GAL legal representation in court.

PREFERENCES:
Preference will be given to those applicants who have experience and training on representation and interview skills for developmental levels of children.

2-5 years of relevant legal experience

License to practice law in Wyoming
