Provides scheduled and emergency/unscheduled repairs to customer conveyor systems. Demonstrates skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, fabrication/welding, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting. Reads and interprets equipment manuals, blue prints and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Conducts conveyor systems setup/review, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance services. Complies with all government regulatory requirements, including but not limited to OSHA, MSHA and DOT. Performs other duties as assigned by management and/or as needed.

GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS include, but are not limited to:
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to read and interpret metal rule.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35-40 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35-40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50+ pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts, conveyors, cranes. Also exposed to working at heights and moving vehicles in and out of the mining or industrial environments. The noise level in the work environments is usually loud, and hearing protection may be required. Temperatures may be extreme in all seasons, from subzero to in excess of 100 degrees.

Valid driver’s license, preferred

Ability to maintain any ongoing state and federal mandated training and certification
Ability to work anywhere in the United States without sponsorship
