Job Overview Key Job Responsibilities



Supervisor full-time Warehouse Technicians at multiple locations and logistics.



Manage the locations of inventory, the logistics of transporting parts being received and leaving.



Assist with the Inventory Cycle Count making sure counts are done correctly and write on’s and write off’s are documented and tracked.



Assist with weekly and monthly reports that measure the progress of the Warehouse. Work through any problems as they appear.



Monitor and maintain warehouse racking, the yard and main warehouse where parts are located.



Assist with how the costs are being spent and working with accounting on any discrepancies. Assist with yearly budget planning.



Order all goods (shipping & receiving consumables) associated with operating the warehouse.



Manage any parts that are non-conforming that are shipped back to Manufacturer.



Manage any parts that are returned from the Shop and Customers for Credit. This includes processing parts through the system, making sure parts are put away on shelves in a timely manner so credits hit accounts in a timely manner and parts are available for the next customer.



Manage the equipment and costs associated with the warehouse forklifts and sweeper.



Qualifications/Requirements



High School diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of related experience.



Strong verbal and written communications skills.



Windows Office Suite and SAP and CDK experience highly preferred.



Experience leading people and safety policies and procedures.
