Stio® is hiring an Accounting Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years bookkeeping experience, a degree in accounting, business, or a related field, and an interest in the outdoor apparel industry. The primary responsibilities of the Accounting Associate are to maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping processes and to support the Controller in the cost reconciliation process and in implementing and auditing accounting practices.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookups

  • Attention to detail with emphasis on data integrity

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team by being proactive and demonstrating ownership, urgency, and initiative

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset
