Recruiter/Human Resource Associate – Laramie, WY

Trihydro, one of the top environmental and engineering consulting firms in the country, has an opening for a Recruiter in the Workforce Development Team of the Human Resources Business Unit. If you have a knack for working alongside a diverse group of employees and potential candidates, we encourage you to apply!

In your role as Recruiter, you will be the face of Trihydro, contributing to the company’s success by supporting strategic hiring goals to attract, develop and retain a high quality, diverse workforce to build a strong culture of talent. You will be working with other team members to design and implement the overall recruiting strategy, and source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other applicable sources. Other responsibilities include interviewing candidates, assisting with career fairs, candidate travel schedules, and other office & human resources responsibilities.

The preferred candidate will be based in our office in our Corporate Headquarters in Laramie, WY.

Our Talent Development team is looking for someone who has:

  • Strong computer skills
  • A positive and outgoing personality
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • An ability to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills

This position requires the following:

  • Business degree, or related
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
