As an Admin Assist, you will provide administrative support to multiple leaders. You create value by demonstrating a high degree of motivation and energy to support the Gypsum Team and provide continuous improvements to processes and customer service. Deliver exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to work on multiple projects in a time-sensitive, fast-paced work environment. The Admin Assistant will foster positive relationships with internal and external contacts and will manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines and protect and maintain confidential information.
A Day In The Life Could Include:
Assist with creating and processing HRSS transactions
Support SharePoint Management
Outlook calendar management and daily scheduling
Assisting with projects and assignments, coordinating and updating presentation materials.
Payroll Processing using KRONOS
Provide administrative support to multiple facility leaders
What You Will Need To Bring With You:
Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word-documentation creation/editing, PowerPoint- presentation creation/editing, Outlook-writing and sending correspondence)
What Will Put You Ahead:
Ability to adapt to and quickly learn new systems
Ability to anticipate needs and creatively work toward a solution
Demonstrate problem-solving, organizational and decision making skills
Ability to organize and prioritize to effectively manage multiple tasks
Advance Excel skills (utilizing formulas and analyzing data)
Previous experience with KRONOS or similar Payroll Systems
Experience with SharePoint
