GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Use your skills to make a difference in your community! This part-time position, working up to 69 hours per month, promotes positive health outcomes for the participants of the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program through nutrition assessment, breastfeeding promotion and support and program referrals in Park and Big Horn Counties, with main clinics in Powell, Cody and Lovell. The individual in this position provides quality care to WIC participants by developing caring and compassionate relationships within the healthcare community and by offering evidence-based nutrition education and breastfeeding support. This position ensures compliance with federal and state regulations.

PREFERENCES/AGENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Preference will be given to applicants with a registered dietitian (RD) credential
Preference will be given to an applicant who bilingual skills in Spanish and English, but it is not required.
A four-year degree is required in Nutrition, Dietetics, Nursing, or Public Health Nutrition.
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required for RNs.
